What is expected in the 4th ODI?

It was Virat Kohli’s masterful innings of 160* and the spin magic of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav which led India to a mammoth 124-run win in the 3rd ODI. However, something tells us that it would not be a straightforward game for India in the 4th ODI at Johannesburg as AB de Villiers is set to make a comeback for the hosts.

South Africa have missed their talismanic batsman especially after Faf Du Plessis and Quinton De Kock have missed the last 2 ODIs and Hashim Amla’s lack of form has not helped their case either. With AB De Villiers back for the 4th ODI, we could finally see the hosts put up a decent fight against Kohli’s India in a bid to salvage the series.

India can’t lose the series from here on but they would love to get the 4th win at the earliest, and seal the world number 1 position in the ODI rankings. So far in the series, Indian spinners have been a menace for the African batsmen and the spin duo would look to continue their wicket-taking run.
