Hang on right there, Le10 Sports have reported a story this morning which could shake the entire footballing sphere with Manchester United’s reported €500million bid for PSG superstar Neymar.
Real Madrid want Neymar
Le10 Sports believe Manchester United and Jose Mourinho are adamant to fend off Man City’s recent rise and want to establish themselves as the more dominant team in Manchester and Premier League.
Neymar’s position at PSG has been put in question following the rumours of Real Madrid making their move to sign him next summer which has prompted United to prepare their offer as well.
Griezmann deal looking unlikely
Manchester United have altered their transfer approach in recent weeks after Antoine Griezmann is reportedly heading to Barcelona and there are still uncertainties over Gareth Bale’s fitness at the moment.
Alexis Sanchez was another rumoured target for The Red Devils, however, he seems destined to join Manchester City despite a late £25million bid from Man United.
Given the lack of options, United are ready to break the bank for Neymar and offer as much as €500million for the Brazilian superstar with only Real Madrid positing any serious competition for his signature.
However, Le10 Sports claim that United will only consider signing Neymar in the summer of 2019 as they have their midfield and defense to sort out first before thinking of any marquee signing.
Likes of Alex Sandro, Fabinho, and Raphael Varane have been linked with a move to Old Trafford and a great season in Premier League and Champions League could make things easy for Man United to complete Neymar or any other marquee player’s signing.
