Juventus left-back Alex Sandro will be the man in demand next summer after the Brazilian defender has made his decision to quit Serie A at the end of this season, reports Calciomercato.
Top clubs eyeing for Sandro
Juventus have sanctioned Sandro’s sale and have invited the European clubs to enter the bidding war. As per Calciomercato’s claims, Chelsea, PSG, and Manchester United are interested in the defender and could even make an approach this month.
However, Juventus have made it clear that no offer below 50millio will be entertained and if the clubs want any sort of negotiation with Juventus, they must bid beyond the 50million mark.
Sandro is regarded as one of the best left-backs in the modern football who primarily likes to venture forward but is strong defensively as well. Sandro likes to take a shot from distance which has attracted Mourinho as he does not have a sound left-back at his disposal at the moment.
Man United manager Jose Mourinho is still not convinced by Luke Shaw and is still looking to sign a new left-back and has been linked with a whole host of full-backs. Sandro’s reluctance to quit Juventus makes him the ideal signing for United and any other team.
Danny Rose move in the dark?
Tottenham’s Danny Rose has suffered another injury blow and his reported move to Man United now seems all but over as United are not prepared to take a risk on him given Spurs are demanding 50 million for Rose.
United’s January transfer plan is currently being dominated by Lucas Moura’s arrival from PSG after the Ligue 1 giants have allowed the Brazilian to complete a move away from Parc des Princes this month.
Lucas has featured for just 79 minutes this season and will even be eligible to play in the Champions League if and when he joins Man United in January.
Mourinho is under consistent pressure to ensure United are competing with Man City and other teams in Europe and fight for all the honors across the domestic and European front.
